Information on this site

The information on this site is general. It describes Mat Bankes’s keynotes and The Golden Lighthouse™ workshop so you can decide whether to book. It isn’t professional, psychological, medical or financial advice. The Golden Lighthouse™ is non-clinical and developmental; it isn’t therapy and doesn’t replace an Employee Assistance Program or clinical support.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but things change. Please confirm details such as dates and fees with us before you rely on them.

Fees and bookings

Fees shown on the site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless we say otherwise. A booking is confirmed only when we both sign a written agreement and the deposit is paid. That agreement sets out the details, including what happens if an event is changed or cancelled, and it takes priority over anything on this site.

Our content and trade marks

The words, photos, videos, logos and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The Golden Lighthouse™ is a program of INSPIRED L8FE and its name is a trade mark of INSPIRED L8FE. You’re welcome to share links to the site and to use the bios, headshots and one-sheets on the Event planners page to promote an event Mat is speaking at. For anything else, please ask us first.

We may link to other websites, such as YouTube. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its general information.
