Privacy

This website is run by L8FE Pty Ltd trading as INSPIRED L8FE, ABN 84 683 121 306 (“we”, “us”). This page explains what personal information we collect through matbankes.com.au, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the booking form, we collect what you type in:

• your name, organisation, email address and phone number
• your event date, location and audience size
• which keynote or workshop you’re interested in, and your message

Only your name and email are required. Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health details, in the form.

If you call or email us directly, we keep the details you give us in the same way.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote, and plan and deliver any event we agree to. We may follow up about that enquiry. We won’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it’s stored and who sees it

Enquiries go into our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), which we use to manage bookings. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are overseas service providers, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share your details with people who need them to run your booking, such as a co-presenter or your event’s organisers, or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the booking and for our business and tax records, then delete them.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally. Our spam protection on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks that a real person is sending it, without image puzzles.

Videos on this site come from YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No website or email is completely secure, so if you’d rather not send something through the form, call us instead.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mat@matbankes.com.au or call 0413 300 318, and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll try to fix it. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
